Quarterly Meeting HAS BEEN MOVED TO July 29 at 7pm.  Individual sports and committees, please have reports you wish to give at the meeting IN WRITING and submitted to Board of Directors NO LATER THAN JULY 26.  If there is no written report, there will not be time carved out in the agenda for that sport/committee. It is not required to present at the meeting but if you wish to submit topics in writing, please do so by the 26th. If you have questions, please contact any of our Board of Director members listed on the website.

A congratulations to the Arlington Junior Legion Post 71 on qualifying for state baseball.  It was a pretty exciting week and a lot of those kids are former AYS athletes.

Baseball and Softball

A reminder that baseball and softball surveys are out and will close July 26. 

Football

Pool party this Friday for camp participants from 8-10pm, snacks and drinks will be provided.

Registration closes for football athletes on 7/25

July Football meeting minutes have been posted to the website

Next Meeting is 7/25 @ 2pm at Staats residence

Volleyball

Meeting is this Wednesday 7/21 at Vets Club @ 6pm

Registration is current open and closes on 8/22

AYS Fundraising

Final balance will be posted for Tractor Pull shortly. We are waiting on a few last sponsorships to get a final count.

Poker Run is Sunday August 29th. The fundraising committee is excited about adding a new event for AYS. We hope you all are able to participate!  There will not be very many volunteer opportunities for this one but we will need a little bit of help. There will be a DIBS posted within the next week and an email will be sent. We are really looking forward to this event and it should be a fun way to meet parents and raise money for AYS.
