AYS Meeting was held 3/21/2021- minutes will be posted and published once approved

AYS BINGO fundraiser will be held this Friday 3/26/2021, we are still looking for 10 volunteers to help hand out BINGO tickets. Volunteers are encouraged to volunteer and still participate in BINGO games. This is a huge undertaking and we really need parents to help if they can. Basketball final uniform turn in deadline is March 31, 2021. If you do not turn in uniforms, deposits will be collected. Please reach out to your coach to get those turned in ASAP. Coaches, please meet at the equipment shed at the Two Rivers Complex March 31,  6:30-7:30 to check-in  uniforms.

There will be a used equipment post on Facebook for softball and baseball equipment. Please feel free to list items for sale or donation and search for bats, pants, shoes and gloves.

Football board will meet April 9, 2021 at Vets Club at 6pm. If parents have questions, suggestions or concerns, please reach out to a board member prior to board meeting.

Field clean up date has been scheduled for April 10, 2021. 8am check-in, 9am clean up. Rain date is April 17, 2021. More details will be shared by coaches and boards shortly.

Baseball board meeting via ZOOM April 11, 2021 @ 9pm If there are questions/suggestions/concerns, please reach out to a board member prior to meeting. 

AYS will be doing a Poker Run in May. Tentative date is May 22nd, stay tuned for more details.
